Man this is frustrating. We currently have photos listed here and videos listed here. The problem is that it's hard to upload videos the way we have it and for the pictures... well, it's okay, but nobody can remember the website.
I'm also looking for a one stop shop for this stuff. Google has Picasa for photo management which makes it easy to post photos to this new blog. It tells me the ones that are already uploaded etc. Downside is the lack of video upload and the lack of built in slide show. There's ways around it though.
